ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION
The AES Agile Advanced certification validates your capability and expertise to lead the process of change and Agile maturation within an organization.
This certification recognizes that you possess the advanced knowledge and skills required to analyze the current organizational state and define a strategic action plan to successfully execute an Organizational Transformation toward Enterprise Agility.
SYLLABUS / LEARNING OBJECTIVES
All knowledge included in AES Agile Essentials, plus:
- Agile Process Definition: Ability to define tasks and workflows compatible with Agile values and principles.
- Change Management: Applying systems thinking to assess the current vs. desired future state, establishing the most appropriate cultural, organizational, and operational change plan.
- Team Development & Coaching: Skills and knowledge to coach and develop individuals navigating this new work paradigm.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Pass the AES Agile Advanced certification exam.
EXAM DETAILS
Test format: Online exam.
Time limit: 90 minutes.
Question types: Multiple choice, True/False.
Number of attempts: 3 attempts (the access code expires once you pass or after the third attempt).
Total questions: 100.
Practice exams included: YES.
Passing score: 80% (80 correct answers).
Available languages: Spanish.
