General Terms of Sale

These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the courses, certifications and services offered through this website by AGILE EUROPEAN SOCIETY SL, with Tax ID (NIF) B87739439 and registered address at Calle Costa Brava, 20, Portal 4, 4ºP, 28034 Madrid, Spain.

Purchasing any of our services implies the user's express, full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. Prices and Taxes

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and, unless expressly stated otherwise, include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain, as well as any other tax that may apply.

AGILE EUROPEAN SOCIETY SL reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, services will be invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is placed.

2. Payment Method (Stripe)

Services and certifications are paid for through the secure payment gateway Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and other payment methods supported by the gateway.

The charge is made in real time through this gateway, which ensures that AGILE EUROPEAN SOCIETY SL never stores or has access to the customer's full bank details. Transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with European regulations (the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exception for digital products: under Article 103.m of that law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of digital content (certifications, online exams, PDF downloads, etc.) once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By accessing the practice exam or activating the certification code, the user accepts that the service has begun and therefore waives their right to a refund.

4. Intellectual Property of the Courses

All content, exams, "Study Material" PDFs, texts, graphics and training resources made available to the student after purchase are the exclusive intellectual property of AGILE EUROPEAN SOCIETY SL or its respective licensors.

The user acquires a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the materials. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or commercialization of the purchased material, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of the owning company is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or litigation arising from the purchase of our services shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
