By enrolling in the coach-level certification, you will receive the trainer's guide at no additional charge.
This guide, across its 100 pages, covers the fundamentals of being a good professional trainer: How to organize effective classes, How to encourage teamwork, How to design assessments and gather feedback from students... It also includes a list of resources and recommended reading.
SYLLABUS / LEARNING OBJECTIVES
All knowledge included in AES Agile Advanced, plus:
- Advanced Facilitation & Training Skills: Mastering current trends and frameworks for delivering high-impact adult education and leadership mentoring.
- Coaching Tools & Change Management: Designing resources, workshops, and dynamic exercises that help teams integrate Agile theories, actively engage in Continuous Improvement, and navigate resistance to change.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Pass the theoretical knowledge exam.
- Pass the training skills(*) exam.

EXAM 1: THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE
EXAM 2: TRAINING SKILLS (*)
Number of attempts: 3 attempts for each exam.
Languages: Spanish.
(*) IMPORTANT: If the candidate holds a valid AES Scrum Coach certification, they will not have to retake the training skills exam.
ACCREDITATION
- Certificate validity: Two years (subject to specific renewal conditions).
