ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION
The Lean IT Advanced certification validates practical mastery of Lean IT principles and dimensions, as well as their integrated application in real-world environments. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to relate principles and dimensions, manage key organizational implementation challenges, and define, measure, and interpret metrics and KPIs to evaluate the maturity, efficiency, and sustainability of a results-oriented Lean IT implementation.
SYLLABUS / LEARNING OBJECTIVES
All knowledge included in AES Lean IT Essentials, plus:
- In-depth knowledge of how to apply the Lean IT principles and how each one relates to the Lean IT dimensions.
- Knowing how to overcome challenges an organization faces when attempting to implement Lean IT.
- Defining and managing appropriate metrics and KPIs to measure the maturity level of the Lean IT implementation.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Pass the AES Lean IT Advanced certification exam.
