ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION

The AES Management 3.0 Advanced certification recognizes a deep, applied command of Management 3.0 leadership. It is aimed at professionals who already lead teams and want to transform their organization's culture, manage motivation at an advanced level, design high-performance systems and support real change processes. Candidates demonstrate their ability to apply tools, measure impact and sustain improvement in complex environments.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

All the knowledge included in the AES Management 3.0 Essentials certification, and also: Candidates must master:

  • The principles of agile leadership.
  • Managing motivation.
  • Decentralized decision-making.
  • Advanced feedback.
  • Building environments of trust.

The ability to:

  • Design and implement improvement systems.
  • Work with evolving goals.
  • Manage conflicts.
  • Develop talent and support organizational change in a structured way.

They must also be able to interpret team dynamics, identify cultural blockers and propose effective interventions. At the advanced level, candidates must demonstrate systems thinking, conscious leadership, data-driven decision-making and management of the real impact on people and results.

This certification validates not only knowledge, but also managerial maturity and the ability to drive transformation.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Pass the AES Management 3.0 Advanced certification exam.

EXAM DETAILS

Test format: Online exam.
Time limit: 120 minutes.
Question types: Single choice, multiple choice, True/False.
Number of attempts: 3 attempts (the access code expires once you pass or after the third attempt).
Total questions: 100.
Practice exams included: YES.
Passing score: 80% (80 correct answers).
Available languages: Spanish.

ACCREDITATION

  • Certificate validity: Two years (subject to specific renewal conditions).
  • Accreditation: Official digital badge (shareable on professional networks such as LinkedIn).
  • Inclusion in the directory of certified professionals.
