ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION

The AES Management 3.0 Essentials certification validates the key foundations of modern leadership based on Management 3.0. Holders of this certification have a clear view of how to motivate people, improve collaboration, manage complex systems and foster continuous improvement, understanding the leader's role as an enabler of talent. It is the ideal starting point for middle managers, team leaders and professionals who want to evolve their management style.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

No specific prior experience in Agile leadership is required for this certification, although some contact with collaborative work environments, teams or projects is recommended.

Candidates should understand basic concepts of organization, teamwork, professional communication and business goals.

Candidates should be able to understand:

  • The principles of distributed leadership.
  • The difference between managing people and managing systems.
  • The importance of intrinsic motivation, trust, autonomy and purpose.
  • Management 3.0 techniques and tools for developing self-managing agile teams.

They should also have taken on board basic concepts of complexity thinking, feedback, learning culture and continuous improvement.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Pass the AES Management 3.0 Essentials certification exam.

EXAM DETAILS

Test format: Online exam.
Time limit: 60 minutes.
Question types: Single choice, multiple choice, True/False.
Number of attempts: 3 attempts (the access code expires once you pass or after the third attempt).
Total questions: 80.
Practice exams included: YES.
Passing score: 80% (64 correct answers).
Available languages: Spanish.

  • Certificate validity: Two years (subject to specific renewal conditions).
  • Accreditation: Official digital badge (shareable on professional networks such as LinkedIn).
