Management 3.0 Expert Badge

ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION

The AES Management 3.0 Expert certification certifies that, in addition to having the skills and knowledge needed to lead and take an active part in implementing Management 3.0, the holder has the experience needed to become a Management 3.0 expert, certifying through verifiable evidence their experience as a Manager 3.0.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

All the knowledge included in AES Management 3.0 Advanced, plus real experience applying it in the workplace.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a valid AES Management 3.0 Advanced certification.
  • Provide documentary evidence of the application of Management 3.0 in the candidate's professional career.

ASSESSMENT DETAILS

Assessment type: Submission of documentary evidence of the use of the certified subject throughout the candidate's professional career.
Accepted documentary evidence: A letter signed by an HR manager describing the roles held in the certified subject, specific projects, dates, ...

ACCREDITATION

  • Certificate validity: Two years (subject to specific renewal conditions).
  • Accreditation: Official digital badge (shareable on professional networks such as LinkedIn).
  • Inclusion in the directory of certified professionals.

  • Exam fees: €200.00 VAT included
  • Renewal fees: €100.00 VAT included
