ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION
The AES Scrum Developer Advanced (SDA) certification validates your ability to apply Scrum principles and to collaborate successfully in cross-functional, self-managing agile teams.
This certification recognizes your skill in building high-quality products iteratively and incrementally using Scrum practices, and validates your ability to collaborate effectively within a Scrum team, understanding and applying Scrum principles and practices.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
All the knowledge included in AES Scrum Essentials, experience in agile teams, and also:
- Sprint planning and tracking: Estimating tasks, building increments, continuous feedback and managing the workload.
- Empiricism: Dealing with uncertainty by basing continuous improvement on evidence, evaluating different ways of planning and solving problems.
- Self-managing teams: Learning to take part in a self-managing, cross-functional team.

- Pass the AES Scrum SDA certification exam.
